To Return the Entire World to Good
Through the conversations that one speaks and converses between oneself and their Creator, and one speaks out with their mouth their good desires and longing, expressing the fact that they’re yearning, wishing for, and longing to get out of their bad, and to merit true goodness, and they pray and begs Hashem on this – Through this one creates good souls from potential into actual, because through the longing in itself, souls are created in potential, and through the words one expresses themselves, they get completed and go from potential into actual creation.
And by doing so one will merit to achieve their requests, and they merit to draw and express the letters of the torah to good and positive, and they give life energy and sustenance to everything, and they draw upon goodness and blessings in all the worlds, and they awaken many souls to teshuvah through those words that they speak with the Creator.
For this advice of longing and good desires, and expressing them through the mouth is extremely precious, and everyone needs to practice and accustom themselves to be occupied with this a lot every single day, and by this we can return the entire world to the good.

לְהַחֲזִיר כָּל הָעוֹלָם לְמוּטָב!
עַל-יְדֵי הַשִּׂיחָה שֶׁמְּשִׂיחִין וּמְדַבְּרִין בֵּינוֹ לְבֵין קוֹנוֹ, וּמוֹצִיאִין בַּפֶּה הַכִּסּוּפִין וְהָרְצוֹנוֹת טוֹבִים שֶׁלּוֹ, מַה שֶּׁהוּא נִכְסָף וּמִשְׁתּוֹקֵק וּמִתְגַּעְגֵּעַ לָצֵאת מֵהָרָע שֶׁלּוֹ וְלִזְכּוֹת לְטוֹב אֲמִתִּי, וּמִתְפַּלֵּל וּמִתְחַנֵּן לִפְנֵי הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ עַל זֶה – עַל-יְדֵי זֶה הוּא מוֹצִיא הַנְּפָשׁוֹת טוֹבוֹת מִכֹּחַ אֶל הַפֹּעַל, כִּי עַל-יְדֵי הַכִּסּוּפִין לְבַד נַעֲשִׂין נְפָשׁוֹת בְּכֹחַ, וְעַל יְדֵי הַדִּבּוּר הַנַּ"ל נִגְמָרִין וְיוֹצְאִין מִכֹּחַ אֶל הַפֹּעַל. וְעַל-יְדֵי זֶה יִזְכֶּה לִפְעֹל בַּקָּשָׁתוֹ, וְזוֹכֶה לְצַיֵּר אוֹתִיּוֹת הַתּוֹרָה לְטוֹב וּמְחַיֶּה וּמְקַיֵּם הַכֹּל, וּמַמְשִׁיךְ טוֹבָה וּבְרָכָה בְּכָל הָעוֹלָמוֹת, וּמְעוֹרֵר לִתְשׁוּבָה כַּמָּה נְפָשׁוֹת עַל-יְדֵי הַדִּבּוּר הַזֶּה שֶׁמְּדַבֵּר בֵּינוֹ לְבֵין קוֹנוֹ. כִּי עִנְיָן זֶה שֶׁל כִּסּוּפִים וּרְצוֹנוֹת טוֹבוֹת וּלְהוֹצִיאָם בְּפֶה מָלֵא הוּא יָקָר מְאֹד, וְצָרִיךְ כָּל אֶחָד לְהַרְגִּיל עַצְמוֹ לַעֲסֹק בָּזֶה הַרְבֵּה בְּכָל יוֹם, וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה יְכוֹלִין לְהַחֲזִיר כָּל הָעוֹלָם לְמוּטָב.
